Any meal is always better with sauce... am I right?! This easy peanut sauce is creamy, sweet, salty and slightly spicy all in one. The best part? It only takes 5 minutes to make and you can keep it in the fridge for whenever your little heart desires.
This peanut sauce brings a meal from Meh to Amazeballs! I could eat vegetables all day every day if I dipped them in this sauce. It also is great over things like rice, noodles, chicken, and beef. Make up a big batch and keep it in the fridge for whenever you need a little peanut sauce fix. :)
Easy Peanut Sauce
Spice up any recipe with a little sauce.
Makes: 1.5 cups
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/3 cup water
- Combine: Put all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until well combined and the sauce is smooth.
- Enjoy immediately or store in a sealed container in the fridge. NOTE: The sauce will thicken in the fridge due to the cool temperature. Simply pop it in the microwave for 15-20 seconds at a time (stirring in between) until the sauce becomes the desired consistency.
