Ahhhh the Minty Sweet Greenie has a special little place in my heart. I’m not going to lie and say you can’t taste the “green” in this one because you totally can (it is PACKED with dark leafy greens after all). However, it’s not like eating straight grass. The “green” taste is balanced nicely by the sweetness and tartness from the kiwi. There is also a slight hint of fresh mint that I am head over heels for! I admit green juices take some getting used to but eventually you start to crave greens in all your juices. I swear!
Other Fruit Drink Recipes
This fresh juice has kiwi, cucumber, fresh mint, kale and spinach!
- 2 kiwis
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 small handful of fresh mint (20–30 leaves)
- 6 kale stalks (or 3 handfuls)
- 1 handful spinach
- Use a spoon to scoop out the kiwi and separate it the skin. Discard the skin.
- Put all ingredients into a juicer.
- Drink up!
