I teach people how to pick the right foods, create meals quickly and enjoy the food they eat so they can do it on their own.

The focus is on getting healthy and making it a habit despite busy schedules. We do this by going beyond healthy recipes to help with the true roadblocks many face when it comes to eating a healthy diet.

A Different Approach

We focus on what we should eat more of instead of what we should eat less of. When you start eating more of the healthy stuff, you naturally start eating less of the unhealthy stuff without feeling deprived, restricted or unsatisfied. 

We don't depend on willpower to maintain a healthy diet. Instead we use a variety of different strategies, skills and methods to make eating well in everyday life sustainable.

You have a lot of choices about what to read, recipes to make and ways to get healthy. So, I aim to earn the trust of my readers with every post. If you’re curious, here’s a little about me.

 

I’m just an average person who has become exceptionally good at eating well with limited time. I live in Minneapolis with my spouse, Tom. We have an English lab and a miniature wiener dog. I’m a CPA. I love avocados but not as much as I love Taco Bell. See? Average.

As for having limited time… I’ve worked demanding jobs, traveled to 40+ countries and renovated an entire house in just under four months… while living in creepy basement of said house So, I think it is safe to say that chaos and busy schedules are my love languages.
