Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 slice bread, toasted
  • 1 oz. smoked salmon*

Instructions

  • Make Spread: In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, fresh dill, lemon juice and salt.
  • Assemble: Spread the cream cheese mixture on toasted bread. Top with smoked salmon, additional fresh dill (optional) and an extra squeeze of lemon juice (optional). Enjoy!

Notes

*Smoked salmon and lox can be used interchangeably in this recipe. They can both be found at most grocery stores in the seafood section. It comes in a flat vacuum sealed package, pre-sliced and ready to eat.
