This healthy ranch dressing recipe is made with Greek yogurt and only takes five minutes to throw together!
Ingredients
1cupplain Greek yogurt, (see note 1)
1tsp.apple cider vinegar
1Tbsp.fresh chives chopped, (see note 2)
1Tbsp.fresh dill chopped, (see note 2)
1Tbsp.fresh parsley chopped, (see note 2)
1/2tsp.garlic powder
1/2tsp.onion powder
1/2tsp.salt
1/2tsp.black pepper
2-4Tbsp.milk, depending on desired thickness
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a food processor and process until well combined. Alternative Method - Mince the fresh herbs. In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
Store in a sealed container in the fridge until needed!
Notes
Note 1: Recommend full-fat/ whole milk plain Greek yogurt.Note 2: Use fresh or dried herbs (1/4 cup fresh leaves = 1 Tbsp. fresh chopped = 1 tsp. dried).
