This Peanut Butter Blueberry Toast is a 5 minute (or less) breakfast recipe that is both tasty and healthy.
Ingredients
1slicebread, toasted
1Tbsp.peanut butter
1/4cupblueberries
A dash of cinnamon
Instructions
Spread peanut butter over toasted bread. Top with blueberries and a dash or two of cinnamon.
Notes
Try using chunky peanut butter instead of smooth. It is so crunchy and delicious! Don't have crunchy peanut butter but want that crunchy goodness? Add a little granola to your toast!
