How to Make Easy Pizza Crust

Easy Pizza Crust
This pizza crust is two ingredients which makes this recipe perfect for busy nights and last minute pizza cravings!
- 1 1/4 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl until a ball of dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add 1 tablespoon of flour at a time. If the dough is too dry (doesn’t form a ball), add 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt at a time.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5-7 minutes.
- Use immediately!
For homemade pizza, roll out the dough, brush the surface with olive oil, add toppings, and bake in the oven for 7-13 minutes (depending on amount of pizza toppings) at 425 degrees.
