Easy Pizza Crust

This recipe is amazing for so many reasons (especially when you're in a pinch). It is easy, only requires TWO ingredients, and takes a mere 15 minutes.  That is it.  Give it a try and let me know what you think!

Recipe

Time Required: 15 minutes                   Level: Easy                                    

Ingredients:

  •  1 1/4 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until a ball of dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add 1 tablespoon of flour at a time. If the dough is too dry (doesn't form a ball), add 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt at a time. 
  2. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5-7 minutes.  
  3. Use immediately!

For homemade pizza, roll out the dough, brush the surface with olive oil, add toppings, and bake in the oven for 7-13 minutes (depending on amount of pizza toppings) at 425 degrees. 

I like when homemade pizza crusts aren't perfectly circular. It gives it a rustic homemade feel. Checkout the picture below of the final product! I used the crust to make a prosciutto date pizza!
