I’m going to state the obvious. It is the seasoning blend on everything bagels that makes them so delicious. It is a blend of poppy seeds, sesame seeds (white and/or black), dried onion, dried garlic and salt.
This seasoning adds so much salty savory flavor, you’ll want to put it on everything. I go through bottles of this stuff like you wouldn’t believe.
